July 18, 2024

CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. – Seven States Power Corporation and the Chattanooga Area Food Bank are working together to design, develop, and deploy an energy technology roadmap that will benefit the Food Bank in a sustainable way. The roadmap will save on operational costs for the food bank, allowing more of their budget to serve communities across 20 counties.

“We are always striving to become a more efficient and sustainable organization,” said Melissa Blevins, Chattanooga Area Food Bank President & CEO. “This partnership with Seven States Power allows us to pursue innovative solutions to increase our efficiency and decrease our environmental impact.”

Through this partnership, the goal is to bring the food bank into the future of energy, freeing up funds and resources to better serve the community.

“Seven States loves to leverage innovation and expertise to help partners across the region achieve their goals for energy and deliver on their impactful missions,” said Betsey Kirk McCall, Seven States Power President & CEO.
