McCall, who began driving the direction for Seven States Power in 2018, has been recognized for setting Seven States Power on a structured and focused course. The first woman to lead an energy solutions company in the Tennessee Valley, she brings a strong background in contract law, negotiation and project management. By establishing a clarity of mission for Seven States Power with a focus on partnerships, McCall has empowered the rest of the Seven States team to deliver on robust product offerings including solar generation, EV charging infrastructure, load management systems, and middle mile fiber. McCall is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in finance and is a licensed attorney with a degree from the University of Tennessee’s College of Law. She resides in Chattanooga, TN.

Clint Wilson

SVP, Engineering & Market Innovation

With more than two decades of experience in the public power industry, Senior Vice President of Engineering & Market Innovation Clint Wilson leads Seven States Power’s efforts related to emerging technologies, connectivity and innovation. He currently heads up efforts to develop a Valley-wide middle mile fiber network that will serve as the communications backbone for the modernization of the electric system while also transporting affordable, wholesale broadband to communities throughout the region. Wilson is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in electrical engineering and holds a MBA from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. He resides in Cleveland, TN.

Lance Irwin

VP, Partnerships & Project Development

Irwin joined Seven States from the Electric Power Board (EPB) of Chattanooga, where he most recently served as Director of Energy Solutions Technology. Prior to EPB, Irwin served as Director of Global Utility and Renewables Market Strategy at Schneider Electric, a multinational company providing energy and automation digital solutions. Irwin has extensive experience developing and implementing forward-looking strategies and has worked with customers to find solutions that solve complex problems, add value, and grow their business. Irwin is a graduate of the University of Tennessee with a degree in electrical and computer engineering. He resides in Knoxville, TN.

Marleen Hamilton

Director, Finance & Accounting

Hamilton brings more than 26 years of corporate accounting experience with both for profit and not for profit organizations and is uniquely positioned to lead finance efforts for Seven States. Most recently, she oversaw day-to-day operations for 19 separate entities, with experience in budgeting, cash management, compliance, accounts payable, accounts receivable, balance sheet reconciliations, and audits. Hamilton holds a bachelor of science in accounting from Lee University and resides in Cleveland, TN.

Joe Knox

Director, Technology Deployment

Licensed professional engineer Joe Knox joined Seven States from Knox Consulting Services, a consulting business he started in 2015 to provide technical services to a wide range of clients. His extensive engineering and project management experience will be invaluable as Seven States continues to partner with local power companies to meet the growing demand for technology in the Valley. Knox is a native of Middle Tennessee and graduated from Tennessee Technological University with a bachelor of science degree in civil engineering. He currently resides in Hendersonville, TN.

Jessica Bradshaw

Director, Business Support Services

Jessica Bradshaw serves as Director of Business Support Services, providing support for the Seven States’ expanding engagement efforts with members and partners. After nearly a decade as a high school English instructor in White House, TN, Bradshaw served as a copy editor for an advertising agency where she acquired valuable skills executing high-quality ad campaigns for clients. She later joined Springfield Electric to provide support in several key areas, including customer service, external communications, research, and event planning. Bradshaw holds a bachelor’s degree from Western Kentucky University and a master’s degree from the University of Houston-Victoria. She currently resides in Cross Plains, TN.

BJ Bernard

Director, Technology Alignment

BJ Bernard serves as Director of Technology Alignment where he provides additional technical and project management support for Seven States’ expanding portfolio of products and services. An information technology specialist with nearly 25 years of experience, Bernard’s most recent role was Director of Broadband Development at Duck River Electric Membership Corporation (“DREMC”). Bernard earned a bachelor of science degree in Computer Information Systems from Austin Peay State University as well as a professional certification in cybersecurity from Nashville State Community College. He currently resides in Chapel Hill, TN.

James Trott

Manager, Technology Projects

James Trott provided technical and project management support for Seven States’ expanding portfolio of products and services as a Technology Project Manager. An information technology specialist with over a decade of experience, Trott joined Seven States from Duck River Electric Membership Corporation (“DREMC”) where he served as IT Telecommunications Administrator. Trott earned a certificate in Computer Information Technology from the Tennessee College of Applied Technology-Shelbyville and is pursuing a Bachelor of Professional Studies in IT Management from Lipscomb University. He currently resides in Lewisburg, TN.

Stacey Painter

Accounting Specialist

Painter joined Seven States from Senior Living Support Services in Cleveland, TN, where she most recently served as the Payroll and Benefits Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and Assistant to the VP of Human Resources and Risk Management. In addition to her extensive office management, payroll, and accounting experience, she also provided training for all HR managers in Senior Living Support Services’ long-term care facilities. Painter previously served as a business office assistant for New Age Media where she acquired valuable skills in critical office support, including billing and contract analysis. Painter holds a Bachelor’s degree from Midwestern State University.
